While the movie is playing, get up to "use" the restroom and as you are squeezing through say the following:
"Move."
"Excuse me while I leave my seat." then pause while looking at someone and finish, "I need to do some lady business."(this works for a man or a woman).
Lastly...
"Are you looking at my butt?"
